Its “multi-layered” structure consists of 4 main layers.  The functions of these layers are as follows:

1. Soft top tissue:  Absorbs the fluid.
2. Transfer layer: Transfers the fluid onto the below layer and keeps the top layer dry.
3. Super absorbing layer: Turns the fluid into gel and prevents leakage.
4. Protective bottom layer: Protects the clothes and also allow air circulation thanks to its breathable structure.
